REMOTE SERVICE
Remote Assistance consists of a hardware and software kit. The kit allows our engineers to access the cpu of the machines provided and to perform the following remote administration tasks:
- Parameter control
- Reading Execution Logs
- Firmware update
- Remote Debugging
This is to ensure that the Customer intervenes as fast as possible when needed. The customer must provide an ADSL internet connection. The connection to the machines is only possible with the customer’s permission, no one can connect to the machines without the customer enabling the connection.
