Hydraulic dewooling machine model DE/L 150, 1500mm working width, brand new, complete with:

– Adjustable feeding from 21 to 46 mt/min.

– two not connected hydraulic motors controlling respectively conveyor roller and rubber roller

The machine is equipped with all accessories for its operation and with safety devices in accordance with EC standards

DESCRIZIONE MACCHINA

The fleshing machine type SC/L produced in the versions 1300-1500 mm. working with has been projected keeping in mind the particular requirements connected to the fleshing of goatskins, sheepskins. Particular care has been dedicated for the working of hairy skins.
The machine is operated by hydraulic gearcase which permits the operations of: opening and self-locking of the operator cylinders and leather extraction.
The carter are stainless steel and the rods are cast iron.
The sharpening truck and the truck bar are in cast iron for a better stability and precision during sharpening operation.
The sharpening truck transfers on the bar through a reducer with electric motor and a chain ring-closed.
The speed of the leather extraction (from 21 to 46 m/1′ or more on request).
Approachment of the leather supporting cylinder and the blade cylinder is very rapid.
As optional, the machine can be equipped with a hydraulic group which permits the fleshing with constant pressure that we can see on a manometer.
The rotations of the knurled cylinder and of the rubber supporting cylinder are obtained by independent hydraulic engines.
The supporting cylinder has a plentiful covering of rubber, and it is personalised according to use in order to absorb considerable inequalities in the substance of the leather or the wool to work (Patented). We obtain regulation of the distance between the blade cylinder and the supporting cylinder operating a handwheel situated on the left side of the machine.
The fleshing machine SC/L is equipped with a security device that meets all legislation requirements.
On request, the machine can be equipped with a hydraulic system which allows automatic lubrication (with normal grease), at programmed intervals of all rolling and moving members reducing the wear effects. Briefly, the fleshing machine SC/L can satisfy all fleshing requirements for several types of leather giving high yield and requiring very little maintenance.

DESCRIZIONE MACCHINA

The fleshing machine type SC/M produced in the versions 1800-2100-2400 mm. working width has been projected keeping in mind the particular requirements connected to the fleshing of pigs, calfs and sides.
The machine has been realized in cast iron with timing case in fiber glass like also the rods.
The sharpening truck and the truck bar are in cast iron for a better stability and precision during sharpening operation.
The sharpening truck transfers on the bar through a reducer with electric motor and a chain ring-closed.
The carter and the external protection sheets are in stainless steel to resist the high degree of corrosion to which it is subject to.
The machine is operated by hydraulic gearcase which permits the operations of: opening and self-locking of the operator cylinders and leather extraction.
The speed of the leather extraction (from 26 to 50 m/1′ or more on request). Approachment of the leather supporting cylinder and the blade cylinder is very rapid, and the contact stage is very smooth and adjustable in the pressure value.
The rotation of the knurled cylinder and the rubber supporting cylinder is obtained by two independent hydraulic engines and spur gearing placed in a strong water proof cast iron container with grease lubrication and excluding the traditional chains.
The supporting cylinder has a thick rubber coat and the blade cylinder on rocking connecting rods absorbs considerable inequalities of thickness of the leather to work. You obtain regulation of the distance between the blade cylinder and the supporting cylinder by operating a handwheel situated on the right side of the machine.
When required, the machine can be equipped with a rubber bolster (bench all stainless steel) which improves fleshing of thick hides.
In this case, the fleshing operation can be carried out both by rubber roller and by rubber bolster.
The fleshing machine SC/M is equipped with a safety device legal in accordance with effective laws.

DESCRIZIONE MACCHINA

The fleshing machine type SC/ML is manufactured in two versions: 1600 mm. and 1800 mm, it has been planned for the particular fleshing of goatskins and calfskins.
The advanced experience in the tanning field has made possible the realization of the SC/ML machine which has assembling characteristics of strength, easy maintainance and adjustment and also it guarantees a high level of reliability.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic gearcase which controls the main functions, that is closing and opening of cylinders and movement of leather transport.
Crankcases are made of fiber glass like also the rods.
The sharpening truck and the truck bar are in cast iron for a better stability and precision during sharpening operation.
The sharpening truck transfers on the bar through a reducer with electric motor and a chain ring-closed.
A safety barrier covers the whole frontal part of the machine according to the effective laws.
The electric box, which contains all the parts is waterproof with a protection degree IP 65. If requested, the machine can be equipped with automatic lubrication system (with normal grease) for all parts which turn which are not feeded by the oleodynamic circuit.
1) CLOSING AND OPENING OF MACHINE: the rack piston, by engaging the bar driving pinion, causes the rubber cylinder movement so fast that dead time is strongly reduced and it also decreases the cylinder speed when it is near the contact point in order to assure a very smooth touch with the blade cylinder.
2) KNURLED CYLINDER: a hydraulic engine starts the knurled cylinder which has a diameter surface that allows a very strong and safe leather extraction. Adjustment of the springs thrust is in a very easy position.
3) LEATHER SUPPORTING RUBBER CYLINDER: a hydraulic engine trasmits rotation through a toothed couple immersed in a waterproof box and lubricated with grease. This drive is integral with the rod which bears the cylinder. The cylinder has a considerable coat of rubber in order to adapt it to the leather thickness variations.
4) BLADE CYLINDER: the blade cylinder turns on bearings which are placed on waterproof boxes and it is assembled on rods which permit of adaptation to the kind of leather thickness. The cylinder position in relation to the rubber cylinder is easily adjusted by a handwheel.
5) ADJUSTMENT OF TRANSPORT SPEED: the speed regulator is placed inside the crankcase, sheltered from water sprays and by turning its knob, you can adjust speed extraction according to the requested working conditions (Max. speed 56 mt/1′).

The fleshing machine model SC/P manufactured in version 2200-2700-3000-3200 mm. working width, has been designed to satisfy every requirements connected to fleshing of cowhides and pigs. The machine has a monolithic frame with stainless steel crankcases and sheets and cast iron rods. The sharpening truck and the truck bar are in cast iron for a better stability and precision during sharpening operation.
The machine is operated by a hydraulic gearcase which controls opening and closing of rollers and leather feeding.
Speed of leather feeding (from 26 to 65 mt/min., or more if required) allow a very good fleshing with high production.
The rubber roller quickly approaches to the blade roller, with a very smooth touch and adjustable pressure.
The feed roller and the rubber roller are controlled by two hydraulic motors with no chains, gearboxes are greased and contained in waterproof boxes.
The adjustable rubber bolster allows a good fleshing on the whole surface of leather.
Distance between rubber bolster and blade roller is adjusted by a handwheel placed on the right side of machine.
The SC/P fleshing machine is equipped with a safety device in accordance with actual laws.
If required, the machine can be equipped with automatic lubrication device and automatic opening system.
Automatic lubrication helps in saving parts from wear and reduces maintenance of machine.
The SC/P fleshing machine is suitable to process every kind of cowhides with high production and few maintenance operations.
The SC/D model is equipped with automatic demanuring device for cleaning of hair during fleshing.
