SMOOTH TOUCH AFTER WORKING
Working roller is pressed by 3pressure roller -2 big rollers pressed by dually hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders which are adjustable independently and 1 small roller pressed by pneumatic cylinders.
This geometric structure allows a longer leather contact against working roller so it is possible to get uniform and smooth effect on the leather even at low temperature and low pressure.
NATURAL SHINE AND SMALL DEFFECTS COVERING
Nano sand roller which is specially manufactured can give natural shining effect on the leather without diffused reflection and it can cover for small defects on the leather.
NO LOSS GRAIN EVEN FOR SOFT KIND OF LEATHERS
First and third pressure rollers are pressed by dually hydraulic or pneumatic
Cylinders which are activated by hinge system researched and projected.
This system allows the rollers’ moving freely and sensitively during work.
KISS PLANTING EFFECT FOR EMBOSSED LEATHER

SPECIAL SPREADING DEVICES TO PREVENT FOLDING AND WRINKLE
It can avoid the folding and wrinkle on various kind of leathers by operating the feeder and spreader for belt separately.
HEATING BY DIATHERMIC OIL
Working roller can be heated quickly and uniformly over entire surface caused by our specially designed diathermic oil distribution system.
WORKING ROLLER IS PRESSED BY 3 PRESSURE ROLLERS
