| This roller surface gauging machine measures all types of skin with great precision: it is particularly suitable for soft skins, which can be stopped and extended during measurement. It is the most compact and versatile of roller gauges with automatic timblers. It allows to work with both one and two operators, thanks to the reversible carpet. The footprint is extremely small. High precision and reliability, it can be mounted on wheels for internal displacements to the factory. The automatic leather timer marks both values in Ft and dm at the same time, alternatively a numeric code in addition to the brand and choice. IIcomputer, specifically designed, is inserted into a single container that includes all electronic components. Its ease of dismantling and replacement therefore simplifies maintenance. The alphanumeric display displays both the measurement values in Ft and dm and the various operating functions. The alphanumeric printer on paper provides measurement values, with various partial and general totals, comments, and various annotations chosen by the operator. |
This surface measuring machine uses rollers to ensure high-precision measurement of any type of skin. It is especially suitable for soft skins that can be stretched and held firm while being measured. The output of the skin from the belt can be both front and rear, allowing for working with a single operator or two operators. An automatic skin stamping machine simultaneously stamps dimensions, in Ft or dm or, alternatively, numerical code as well as the brand and grade. A specifically designed computer, installed in a single compartment that houses all its electronic parts, is easy to remove and replace and greatly simplifies maintenance. Thealphanumeric display both in Ft and in dm and also indicates the various operating modes and functions of the machine. An alphanumeric printer gives a paper readout of the measurement values, with partial and grand totals, comments as well as other notes as desired by the machine operator. |
