• Exclusive automatic hydraulic system for aligning the felts and the PVC belt;
• The skin-spreading system of the plastic belt is provided with a pressure regulator to hold the skins tight, regardless of their thickness;
• Skin-feeding and –holding roll with hydraulic motor reducer;
• Automatic hydraulic device for lowering the blade roll;
• Automatic greasing system working at set intervals;
• Stainless steel plates and safety guards.

• Our experience in constructing tanning machinery has brought to the realization of the RAL/L machine, particularly suitabl to process ovine and goat skins, it presents constructive characteristics of extreme sturdiness, semplicity in the construction, in maintenance, adjustments and reliability.
  It is endowed with speed in production and above all, supply’s a notable yield of the leather. Our machine also presents high quality characteristics better specified below. Besides the above, the RAL/L is equipped with a security system which perfectly meets requirements requested by the relative legislation. Due to particular arrangement of the cylinder leather supporter the working area presents a notable anti-accident protection efficiency, as can be seen on diagram overleaf.
  – The machine is equipped a double safety device with metallic barrier and photoelectric cells in order to be completely safe.
  – The position of the leather supporting cylinder permits of a rapid and easy positioning of the leather, as well as s rapid and “mild” movement of opening and closing of the machine.
  – The adjustment between the staking cylinder and the supporting cylinders is effected by a handwheel placed on the right side of the machine, in an easily accessible position, with decimal reading on the graduated scale plate.
  – The staking cylinder and the felt cylinder are equipped with a hydraulic device which allows a gradual approach of them to leather after closing of machine and a speed removal and gradual approaching during the reversal stage.
  This device avoids marks on leather which could be caused by the two cylinders during the above mentioned stages.
  – The stretching cylinder is assembled on two independent connecting rods and its adjustment is made by a graduated handwheel on both sides in order to keep its parallelism.
  – The drying pressure is adjustable by springs, or by hydraulic pistons.
  – The leather is extracted through the turn of rubber supporting cylinder and felt cylinder which are controlled by two independent hydraulic engines which receive oil in parallel. This produces a same rim speed which consents to save power, rubber and felt wear.
  – Electrical equipment is completely contained in a stainless steel waterproof box placed on the right side of the box.
  – On request, machine can be equipped with automatic lubrication device.

Our experience in constructing tanning machinery has brought to the realization of the RAL/M machine, which presents constructive characteristics of extreme sturdiness, simplicity in the construction, in the maintenance, adjustments and reliability. The machine is suitable to process ovine and bovine hides.
The RAL/M is equipped with a complex security system which perfectly meets requirements requested by the relative legislation. Due to particular arrangement of the cylinder leather supporter the working area presents a notable anti-accident protection efficiency, as can be seen on diagram overleaf. The position of leather supporting cylinder permits a quick and easy feeding of skins, as well as a rapid and “mild” machine open/closing. – The adjustment between the blade cylinder and the supporting cylinder is made by a handwheel placed on the right side of the machine, with relevant dial. – The blade cylinder and the felt cylinder are equipped with a hydraulic device allowing their gradual approach to leather after machine closing, their speed removal and gradual re-approaching during reversal stage. This device allows to avoid marks on the leather which could be caused by the two cylinders during the above mentioned stages. – Stretching cylinder is assembled on two connecting rods and its adjustment is made by two graduated screws on both sides of machine, in order to keep in parallel. – The drying pressure is a adjustable from 0 to 10 Tons by a simple device placed on the left side of machine. – Leather feeding is made by rubber cylinder and felt cylinder. Such cylinders are controlled by two independent hydraulic motors. This produces a same rim speed allowing to save power, rubber and felt sleeve. Leather feeding speed goes from 18 to 36 m/min. and can be adjusted by a hydraulic device placed on the left side of machine. Automatic felt centring – Electric equipment is completely contained by a stainless steel waterproof box placed on the right side of machine. Carter are stainless steel – If requested, the machine can be equipped with a pump that allows the automatic lubrication of all rotation and moving devices of the machine.

It is endowed with speed in production and above all, supply’s a notable yield of the leather. Our machine also presents high quality characteristics better specified below.
Besides the above, the RAL/P22 is equipped with a security system which perfectly meets requirements requested by the relative legislation (as CE Certificate). Due to particular arrangement of the cylinder leather supporter the working area presents a notable anti-accident protection efficiency, as can be seen on diagram overleaf.
– The position of the cylinder leather supporter consents a rapid and easy positioning of the leather, as rapid and “mild” is the movement in opening and closing of the machine.
– The regulation of the distance between the staking cylinder and the leather holder is effected with a simple push-button device, with reading on a graduated dial plate.
This cylinder is endowed with a hydraulic system which consents a gradual approach, of the same, to the leather in the closing stage, rapid removal and gradual approach of the same cylinder in the inversion stage.
This system includes approachment mentioned above, on a fixed basis whereas removal and approachment can be utilized as desired; this also avoids marking of the leather caused by the staking cylinder in the above mentioned stage.
– The Stretching cylinder is independent, its rotation is contrary to the extraction of the leather. The regulation of the stretching cylinder, for the approaching and removing from the staking is effected in a simple way.
– The drying pressure is hydraulically regulated through a simple lever situated on the broadside of the machine (drying pressure from 3 to 22 tons.).
– The leather is extracted with an hydraulic system with variable speed up to m/min. 34 and can be adjusted through drive situated on the broadside of the machine. -Automatic centralizer of the felt sleeve. -Total lubrication automatic with normal grease. -The electric system is placed totally in a strong water proof cast iron container, with drive panel appropriately placed on the right of the operator.
